Summary
Workers no longer need to sign in twice when their day starts with a meeting.
When a worker signs as a Meeting Attendee - capturing signature, timestamp, and identity - HammerTech can automatically convert that signature into their Sign In event.
Meeting attendance now becomes a formal, auditable workday attendance record.
Initial Set up
- Go to Adminstration
- Go to Meeting Types
- Select the meeting type to active feature on
- Tick the check box next to Enable Site Sign-In via this Meeting
- Save Changes
How it functions
When a worker signs off on a meeting, if this feature is turned on, it will automatically sign them into site.
They will show in site in the Site Diary workers on site record (by employer) as well as the Sign In Book, which will display the sign in method as 'Meeting'
