What is the HammerTech Sign-In App?
The HammerTech Sign-In App is an electronic site attendance book. It replaces paper sign-in sheets and ties site entry to the rest of your HammerTech records.
The app lets workers and visitors sign in and out when they enter and leave site. It feeds that data into the Site Diary and your evacuation and reporting tools.
Key outcomes
- Attendance and hours – Worker sign-in / sign-out drives headcount and hours in the Site Diary.
- Emergency readiness – You can generate an up-to-date evacuation list of everyone on site in a few clicks.
- Compliance checks at the gate – Warnings for missing / expired licences or flagged postcodes can appear as people sign in.
- Communication at the gate – Bulletins and meeting content can be pushed to workers during sign-in instead of being handed out separately.
Full vs limited set-ups
There are two main ways to deploy sign-in on a project. Most builders end up using both. In short:
- Use the full tablet HT Sign In anywhere you want worker hours, bulletins, meetings, or licence/postcode checks at the gate.
- Use static QR where you only need a simple visitor sign-in process and logs of Visitors attending site.
