Workers can complete equipment inspections if:
- They are listed as authorised operators
Note: Authorised operators are approved workers who have the relevant licence(s) associated with that equipment type, OR the workers specifically selected as Authorised Operators on the Equipment page - Equipment has been inducted
- Inspection Type(s) are marked as “Is Worker allowed to create”
Send SMS link:
- Go to Project Settings > Equipment Inspections
- Select the piece of equipment to be inspected
- Select a worker to conduct the Inspection and click Send SMS
- Worker verifies phone and completes inspection via link
Scan QR Code:
Alternatively, download and print out a QR code that can be scanned by the workers to access the inspection.
- Go to Equipment
- Select Download
- Press QR Code for Equipment/ for Project
| TIP: Please note that even through the QR code, only Authorised Operators will be able to inspect the Equipment, and they will need to confirm their identity via an SMS verification code. |
