Review and Resolve Observations

View Observations

• Use Bell icon to view new/resolved alerts
• Or navigate to Observations via the left-hand menu, then select the Observation to review

Review & Approve

• Use Edit to modify any fields or change the responsible party
• Use Remind to send a reminder to the responsible party to resolve the observation
• Use Resolve to upload a fix and resolve the observation
• Use Review to review the fix submitted by the responsible party and Accept or Reject
• For closed items, use Reopen to reopen the Observation
