Export to PDF

1. Go to Site Diary > Select day
2. Click Download > Export to PDF

View and Filter Site Diary Gallery

• Go to Site Diary > Gallery (top right)
• Filter by:
  • Date
  • User
  • Employer
• Search for specific words in photo comments
• Download:
  • All or selected photos
  • Format: ZIP or PDF

Download Photo with Timestamp

1. Go to Site Diary > Select a day
2. Locate the entry containing the photo, then View
3. Click Download > Download with Timestamp

Export Sign-In Book

1. Open Site Diary, then select a day
2. Click Options > Sign-In Book
3. Export:
   • PDF – today only
   • Range – select date range (can be downloaded as PDF or a spreadsheet)

Export Evacuation List

1. Open Sign-In Book > Download > Evacuation List
2. Choose fields to include (DOB, phone, address, etc.)
3. State reason for export
4. Downloads as a spreadsheet
