OVERVIEW
To help you keep track of any potential issues at sign in, you can manually flag an employer in your HammerTech system. You can flag for a specific project or at a company level, to include all projects.
When a flagged employer is identified, the following actions occur...
- Sign In App: an on screen warning at sign in, asking them to speak to a supervisor
- Employer Profile: A warning message is displayed on the workers profile, to highlight this flag is in place
- Workers Profile: A warning message is displayed on the workers profile, to highlight this flag is in place
CONFIGURE EMPLOYER FLAG REASONS
NOTE: This step must be done before moving to the next step
- Go to Administration
- Select Employer Flagging Reasons
- Create one or more reasons for why you would flag an employer
HOW TO FLAG AN EMPLOYER
- Go to the employers profile at either a company or project level (Employers > Active)
- Click Options
- Select either Flag Employer on System OR Flag Employer on Project
This will flag the employer across all projects (system wide) or for just one project.
REQUIRED ROLE TO FLAG WORKERS
- Full Admin rights required to do at Company level
- Region or Project Admin rights required to do at Project level
