Sometimes a worker may change who they are working for whilst still active on a project.
Rather than deactivating the existing worker and inducting them again under the new employer, which creates a second worker profile (not ideal) a better solution is to update the existing worker profile with the new employer.
This way, you retain all the workers history.
To do this, follow these instructions...
- Find the current worker profile via the search bar (top right)
- Click on the Details button
- This will bring up the workers profile
- Select the project they are active and working on
(if you are already at a project level you can skip step 4) - Click Options and select Edit
- Using the Employer drop down, select the new Employer they work for
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes
