OVERVIEW
To help you keep track of expired licenses, there are some default features, and an optional feature you can use.
When a expired license is identified, the following actions occur...
Default:
- Workers Profile: A warning message is displayed on the workers profile, to highlight this
- Outstanding actions dashboard: Displayed in the list of outstanding actions
Optional:
- Sign In App: an on screen warning at sign in, asking them to speak to a supervisor
NOTE: For the Sign In App function to work, you need to email support@hammertech.com requesting this to be turned on. You need to be a company level full admin to request this.
HOW TO ADD AN EXPIRY DATE REQUIREMENT TO A LICENSE TYPE FIELD
- Go to Administration
- Go to License Types
- Select the license type
- Under license attributes, tick the 'has an expiry date' box
- Save changes
