These controls provide warnings at sign-in. They do not block entry. Email alerts depend on workflows.
Flagged Licences
Administration > Sign In App > Flagged Licences
Select Region
Choose licences
Choose AND or OR
Enter warning message
Save
Note: Workers will still sign in through the HT Sign In App, however they will be flagged in the Sign In Book.
Note: Email notifications require a workflow and a distribution group to notify for Flagged Licenses.
Flagged Postcodes
Administration > Sign-in Flagged Postcodes
Enter postcodes (one Postcode per line)
Save
When a worker signs in with a flagged postcode:
A warning displays to the worker
A flag appears in the Sign-In Book
Sign-in still completes
Note: Email notifications require a workflow and a distribution group to notify for Flagged Postcodes.
Sign-In Limits
A Sign-In Limit is a monitoring threshold. It does not stop anyone from signing in. It is used to alert the site team when headcount goes higher than planned so they can take action if needed.
Note: Alerts only occur if a workflow has been set up by HammerTech.
To configure it:
Go to Project Settings > Sign-In Limit.
Enter the maximum number of people you want as your threshold.
Select Save.
