Bulletins and Meetings at Sign-In

This article covers showing bulletins and meeting content during sign-in.

Bulletins on Sign-In Devices

1. Bulletins > Create New

2. Add title and content

3. Select Sign-In Devices as the distribution method

4. Choose device(s)

5. Add attachments if required

6. Save or schedule

• Note: Bulletin text appears directly on the Sign In device

• Note: Attachments only appear if the worker scans the HT Sign In App QR code and continue sign-in through mobile device

Meeting Signatures at Sign-In

Enable Meeting Types

1. Administration > Meeting Types

2. Edit the meeting type

3. Enable Allow Signatures Through Sign-In App

4. Save

Use in a Specific Meeting

1. Meetings > Create New

2. Pick the meeting type

3. Select Individual Worker Signatures

4. Tick Allow Signatures Through Sign-In App

5. Save

Workers will see and sign the meeting content during their next sign-in.
