Capture extra information during sign in

Sign In and Sign Out Checklists

These allow you to add questions to the sign in and sign out process.

Configure Sign In Checklists (Questions)

1. Go to Admin > Sign In Configuration

2. Select Default (applies to all regions) or select a Region

3. Enter Sign-in Checklist Text (i.e. I accept the terms and conditions of working on this job site)

4. Add questions in the Sign-In Checklist (One item per line) (i.e. Have you consumed any alcohol?)
   Note: If you click Enter on your keyboard to go to the next line down, that is a new question
   Note: Maximum 10 questions shown in the app

5. OPTIONAL: Set up a False Response rule: Any Yes or Any No

6. Enter the False Response Message (i.e. Unable to complete this process - speak to your supervisor)

7. Save

Optional Email Alerts

To trigger email notifications on any responses, HammerTech must configure a workflow and a distribution group.
