Overview
The Incidents module allows you to:
- Log injuries, near misses, and reportable events
- Track investigation and closure
- Attach linked injuries
- Export reports and data
- Control visibility for sensitive incidents
Users can view the incidents on all the projects they have access to, unless an Incident was marked as Confidential. Only Admin users have access to Confidential Incidents.
Incident reports can be created as Draft, submitted as Active (Open), and marked as Closed when resolved. You can also re-open, edit, or export any incident.
