Choosing a device
Recommended devices:
- Operating System: a supported version of Android or iOS (avoid "lite" versions of operating systems)

- RAM: minimum 4 GB, recommended 6 GB
- Compatible with SIM cards for access to mobile data (for sites with limited Wi-Fi connection range)

- HammerTech Mobile: For site managers (observations, inspections)
- HammerTech Sign-In: For kiosk-based worker sign-in
Troubleshooting touchscreen issues
- Chrome: Enter chrome://flags, enable Touch Events API
- Edge: Enter about:flags, turn Touch Events Always On
Sign-in or camera issues
- If you’re greyed out on the sign-in list:
- Tap “Another Worker”
- Re-select your name
- Check browser permissions for camera and microphone
- Clear cache and restart your browser or device if issues persist
