Device and app compatibility

• Recommended: Android or iOS devices with 4GB+ RAM
• Avoid budget models under $300, especially those running “lite” operating systems

Supported apps

• HammerTech Inspect: For site managers (observations, inspections)
• HammerTech Sign-In: For kiosk-based worker sign-in

Troubleshooting touchscreen issues

• Chrome: Enter chrome://flags, enable Touch Events API
• Edge: Enter about:flags, turn Touch Events Always On

Sign-in or camera issues

• If you’re greyed out on the sign-in list:
  1. Tap “Another Worker”
  2. Re-select your name
• Check browser permissions for camera and microphone
• Clear cache and restart your browser or device if issues persist
