Create a Pre-Task Plan
Go to the Project, open the side menu and click New Pre-Task Plan.
Enter the Work Date & Time, select the Employer, add a Title and Description, then click Create.

Complete the following sections
NOTE: Navigate between sections by either via swiping left and right OR selecting the section nameOverview: Location, Task, Hazards & Controls, Additional Details, Permits, Equipment, JHAs, Attendees, Observations
Hazards: Add hazards and control measures
Additional Details: Complete Work Evaluation and upload photos/videos
Permits: Add required permits
Equipment: List required equipment
JHAs: Add relevant JHAs
Attendees: Add attendees
Observations: Enter observations and click Submit
Review all details for accuracy.
Click Save to keep a draft, or Submit to finalize the plan.
