Schedule Reports and Export Data

Schedule Email Reports

1. Share the dashboard with users first
2. Click three dots > Schedule Emailing
3. Click +Add Schedule, configure recipient(s), time, repeat
4. External recipients don’t need to be shared first

Limits: - Max 60 recipients per schedule - Max email size: 14MB - Max frequency: every 30 min

Export Insights

• Click the three dots on a tile
• Choose Export to CSV or Export to XLSX
• Or use Schedule Report to send via email

You can only export individual tiles, not full dashboards
