Set Up a New Sign-in Device

Configure in HammerTech

1. Log in to HammerTech

2. Select project

3. Go to Project Settings → Sign-in Devices

4. Click + (Add) in the top right

5. Choose device Type:

   • Full – HT Sign-in App (full functionality, recommended)

   • Limited – Printable (static QR code for manual sign-in)

6. Enter Device Name and Location

7. Click Create

Configure in HT Sign-in App

1. Open the Sign-in App on the device

2. If first setup, you’ll see the Setup screen

3. Enter:

   • Project Domain

   • Company URL

   • API Key
     (These are generated in HammerTech in Step A)

4. Or, use Scan QR Code (from HammerTech’s Project Settings → Sign-in Devices)

5. If the device was previously configured:

   • Tap the Settings (cog) icon

   • Enter the 4-digit PIN (shown under the device’s entry in HammerTech)
