Before inducting equipment, equipment types must be configured:
- Go to Administration > Equipment Types
- Select + Add New
- Add:
- Equipment Name
- Category
- Optional image
- Checklist questions (use one per line; prefix with # for text-only lines)
- Custom fields if needed
- Required licences
- Select Create
Equipment Type settings also control import permissions between projects
