The Personnel module tracks every worker in the system. Each worker record links to:
- Their Employer
- Inductions and licences
- RAMS and associated compliance
- Permits, meetings, and inspections
Personnel can be added to a project in one of two ways:
- Online induction (worker-led)
- Manual entry or import by internal users
Approved workers can be filtered, flagged, reassigned, deactivated, or exported depending on project needs.
