DEACTIVATE SUBCONTRACTOR WORKER (PERSONNEL) FROM A PROJECT
- Go to the desired project and find the worker via Search or the Personnel menu
- In the Options drop down, select Remove from Project
- On the next screen, select Deactivate
- The worker will still appear the Personnel list (at both Company and Project levels) with a deactivated status
- Whilst deactivated, the worker can be reactivated back onto the original project level
- Whilst deactivated, the worker can also be imported to another projects
DELETE SUBCONTRACTOR WORKER (PERSONNEL) FROM ENTIRE SYSTEM
- Go to the desired project and find the worker via Search or the Personnel menu
- In the Options drop down, select Delete Profile from System
- On the next screen, select Deactivate
- Worker will no longer be visible in the system
- The worker can only be reactivated via a written request to HammerTech
