If your Android TV box is going into sleep mode while in use, you can enable the Stay Awake setting through Developer Options. Follow these steps to keep your device active:
Step 1: Access Developer Options
- Press the Home button on your remote.
- Navigate to Settings > More Settings (or press the Setup button on your remote).
- Scroll down and select About Mediabox under the Preferences section.
- Locate Build Number at the bottom of the list.
- Use your remote to click on Build Number 12 times until a message confirms that Developer Mode is enabled.
Step 2: Enable Stay Awake Mode
- Go back to the Setup Settings menu.
- Open Developer Options (which is now visible).
- Find and enable the Stay Awake option.
Your Android TV box will now remain awake while connected to power.
