OVERVIEW
To help you keep track of any potential issues at sign in, you can flag a workers profile. You can do this for a specific project or at a company level to include all projects.
When a flagged worker is identified, the following actions occur...
- Sign In App: an on screen warning at sign in, asking them to speak to a supervisor
- Workers Profile: A warning message is displayed on the workers profile, to highlight this flag is in place
HOW TO FLAG A WORKER
- Go to the workers profile
- Click Options
- Select to flag the worker either at a system (company) level or at a project level
NOTE: If you are viewing the workers profile at a company level, there will not be an option for flagging them for a specific project. This must be done at a project level.
REQUIRED ROLE TO FLAG WORKERS
- Full Admin rights required to flag at a Company level
- Region or Project Admin rights required to flag at Project level
SETTING UP EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
The Main Builder can also request HammerTech configure a workflow that sends an email notification to a selected group of people.
NOTE: You need to first ensure you have a Distribution Group set up in order to receive email notifications via the workflow.
Once you have set up the distribution group, please email support@hammertech.com requesting a workflow be configured to activate the notifications.
