Meetings – Attendance Signatures with Date and Time
Meeting signatures now record date and time and flow straight into the project’s Sign In Book as that worker’s daily sign-in. The system checks for duplicates and blocks double entries, so attendance stays clean and auditable. One signature covers attendance, compliance, and site reporting in one step.
Notification for Custom Module Types
You can now trigger automatic email alerts when custom module records are submitted or updated. Reviews happen faster, fewer updates go missing, and communication stays tighter. Choose who gets notified and when, so only the right people are pulled in.
Observations Sidesheet
A new side panel lets you open any observation from the list and act on it without leaving the page. Review, assign, resolve, or reopen in-place. It cuts switching between screens and makes it easier to clear multiple issues in one pass.
Permit Permission – Separate ‘Review’ and ‘Create’ Controls
Permit permissions can now be split. One group can create permits, another can review and approve them. It sharpens accountability, limits who can sign off critical work, and keeps the workflow controlled.
Mobile App Menu Updates
The mobile app now uses a bottom navigation bar for quicker access to Home, Daily Progress, Inspections, PTPs, and Observations. Settings is easier to reach too. Fewer taps, less hunting around, smoother task switching.
Pending SWMS – Control Worker Sign-On Timing
You can now choose whether workers can sign onto a SWMS while it’s still Pending Review. This lets each company match sign-on rules to their safety protocol and avoid sign-offs happening too early. (Ask your CS representative to enable it.)
Mobile App PTPs
PTPs are now fully available in the mobile app. People can view, edit, and submit plans on their phones, even offline. It keeps daily planning current on the spot and reduces delays caused by paperwork or end-of-day updates.
