How do I upload a document or photo?
- Log into HammerTech
- Select the module where the file needs to be uploaded
List of modules where uploads occur:- Employer: Upload licences or insurances e.g. Workers Compensation, Public Liability
- Personnel: Upload profile picture, licences
- SWMS: Upload digital SWMS document. See Create and Submit a SWMS
- SDS: Upload SDS datasheet. See Create an SDS
- Safety Plan: Upload Safety Management Plan and any additional documents
- Meetings: Upload photo evidence and additional documents. See Create and Finalise a Meeting
- Injury: Upload photo evidence and additional documents
- Incident: Upload photo evidence and additional documents
- Bulletins: Upload attachments (max 3 MB per file, limit of 5 attachments). See Create and Send a Bulletin
- Inspections/Observations: Upload photo evidence and additional documents. See Create and Manage Inspections
- Site Diary: Upload images to the Employer Progress Photos. See Update the Site Diary
- Project Settings: Upload Site Diagrams. See Upload Site Diagram
- Documents: Upload documents (max 10 MB per file). See Manage Documents
- Look for an Upload, Choose File, or + button
- Select the file, photo or document that you want to upload, then select Open
- Click Save Changes or Submit to complete the upload
File size limit:
- 10 MB per file for most modules
- 3 MB x 5 attachments for bulletins
Supported formats:
- Differ depending on the module and field
- Note: iPhone/iPad devices by default save photos in a proprietary format not supported by HammerTech. Make sure you change the settings to save photos as a .JPEG
File not uploading? Check:
- Internet connection
- File type and size
- File type filter in file selection
How do I remove an uploaded file?
- Open the relevant item (e.g. SWMS, Safety Plan)
- Click Edit and locate the attachment
- Tick the Remove File check box, then Save Changes
