Schedule Email Reports
- Share the dashboard with users first
- Click three dots > Schedule Emailing
- Click +Add Schedule, configure recipient(s), time, repeat
- External recipients don’t need to be shared first
Limits: - Max 60 recipients per schedule - Max email size: 14MB - Max frequency: every 30 min
Export Insights
- Click the three dots on a tile
- Choose Export to CSV or Export to XLSX
- Or use Schedule Report to send via email
You can only export individual tiles, not full dashboards
