Site Statistics
- Go to Reports > Statistics from Company Overview or Project level
- Select projects to include and the date range
Emails a spreadsheet containing the following data:
- General site: Workers on site, Hours Worked, SWMS submitted, Permits, Equipment
- Observations: Open, Closed, Overdue; sorted by type
- Inspections: By type and Total
- Meetings: By type and Total
- Incidents: By type and total
- Injuries: LTIs, MTIs, medical, lost hours, LTIFR, MTIFR
Workers Onsite (project level)
- Go to Reports > Workers Onsite
- Select date range
Downloads a spreadsheet showing daily headcount by Employer, and a total for the day.
Personnel Inducted (project level)
- Go to Reports > Personnel Inducted
- Select date range
- (optional) Filter data by Approval Status
Downloads a spreadsheet showing worker details and induction approval dates.
Hours Worked
- Go to Reports > Hours Worked from Company Overview or Project level
- Select:
- Aggregation level: show data by Employer only or Employer & Individual
- Time aggregation level: Day/Week/Year/Total
- Hours type: Total (including breaks) or Effective (excluding breaks)
Emails a spreadsheet with time on site breakdown.
