Induct or Import Equipment

Induct New Equipment

1. Go to Equipment
2. Click + Add
3. Select category and type
4. Choose employer and date on-site
5. Fill out equipment-specific fields, servicing schedule, and attach SWMS
6. Select authorised operators (based on license match)
7. Complete checklist and sign
8. Choose to Approve, Fail, or Save as Draft

Import Previously Inducted Equipment

1. Go to Equipment > + Add
2. Expand Search Equipment to Import
3. Filter by category, type, or subcontractor
4. Locate the item and click Import
5. Review carried-over details, adjust if needed, and save
