View and export a list of personnel
- Go to Personnel > All Personnel
- Use the Download menu:
- Export PDF of full profile
- Export QR Code linked to worker profile
How to edit details in a worker profile
- Go to Personnel > All Personnel
- Select a worker
- Click Options > Edit (this step is only required at a Project level)
- Make any changes
- Press Save Changes

- Name
- Date of birth
- Title
- Language
- Photo
- Add a license (can't edit existing)
- Any additional custom fields unique to your system

- Employer
- Name
- Date of birth
- Title
- Language
- Photo
- Update the workers employer
- Associated SWMS
- Induction details
- Add a license (can't edit existing)
- Any additional custom fields unique to your system
If you have access to Confidential Data, you can also edit:
- Address details
- Contact details
- Emergency contact details
- Vehicle details
- Licenses (edit, add or delete)
Edit or Delete existing licences
This can be done by a primary contact of the worker's employer.
- Go to Personnel
- Go to All Workers
- Select Worker
- View Additional Confidential Data
- Enter reason for access
- Update current licences
Acknowledge Licence Updates
- Workers who update Licence info will show an orange badge icon
- Click on the worker > review update popup
- Click View Confidential Data, enter reason
- Confirm changes to clear icon
View Expired Licences
- Go to Personnel
- Expired Licenses
- Or Expired Licenses In Use (if linked to active equipment)
Sort Personnel by Status
- Go to Personnel > All Personnel
- Use the filter to search / sort by:
- Approval status (e.g. Approved, Awaiting, Invalidated)
- Flagged status (Project or System)
- Induction/test status (e.g., Complete, Incomplete, Invalidated, Failed)
- Employer

NOTE: You can export filtered lists to spreadsheet by selecting Download > Spreadsheet
