Do I need a login?
- Workers: No login required. Complete your registration and induction via a direct project URL provided by your employer or the builder.
- Subcontractor Reps (Primary Contact / Nominated Rep): Login required.
- Main Contractor Users: Login required.
Troubleshooting login access
- Double-check the site URL: yourbuilder.hammertechonline.com
- Close unused browser tabs and clear your cache
- Make sure your email is registered with your employer’s HammerTech system
Resetting your password
- Go to the HammerTech login screen
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Open the most recent reset email (older links expire)
- Use the temporary password provided to log in
- Set a new password to complete the process
Tip: Delete all previous reset emails to avoid using expired links
Understanding login roles
- Worker: No login; access via registration link only
- Subcontractor Rep: Can manage personnel and view SWMS/SDS/Permits
- Main Contractor Standard User: Project-level access only
- Main Contractor Admin: Full system access across projects and settings
