Review and Approve Inductions

Where to Start

1. Go to Personnel > Awaiting Approval
2. Select a worker to view their induction details

Review Checklist

• Confirm personal details, photo and licences
• Assign SWMS:
  • Just assign to SWMS
  • Assign and send notification (requires contact info)
  • Assign and capture signature now

Capture Acknowledgement

• Capture signature:
  • Capture Signature Now
  • Send SMS / Email to Capture Signature (requires contact info)

Approve or Reject

• Click Approve, Reject, or Save Changes
• Worker moves to Approved or Rejected list
• Comments are visible to Main Builder users only

Pre-Approval (optional)

• Used for early internal checks
• Go to bottom of profile > select Pre-Approval status (OK/Rejected)
