Sign In Test Questions are used for where the Main Contractor wants a supervisor on site to ask a worker some additional questions AFTER they have signed themselves in.
Configure Questions
Go to Administration > Sign-in Test Questions
Select Default (applies to all regions and projects) or choose a Region
Regardless of whether you not set up questions or already have some in place, select Options > Edit
At this point select Add Question
Fill in the Question Text
Select if you want the answer to be a Pass/Fail or Free Text box
Save Changes
How to record answers provided
At the project, go to todays Site Diary
Select Options > Sign In Book
Find the worker you have asked the questions
To the right of their name, select Options > After Sign-In Test
Enter results
Save
| Results can only be recorded or edited for the current day |
| You cannot apply results to previous dates. |
