COMPANY LEVEL
Add a Worker Reportable Question
- Go to Administration > Worker Reportable Questions
- Click Options > Edit
- Add a Title and Opening Statement
- Select add question under Company Level or Project Level
- Input the text for the question
- Choose answer type format
- Tick Compulsory if required
- Save changes
Edit a Worker Reportable Question
- Go to Administration > Worker Reportable Questions
- Click Options > Edit
- Find and edit the existing question/s you have previously created
- Save changes
PROJECT LEVEL
Project level questions can be done at a Company Level (refer above) OR at a Project Level
At a Project level you can only add/edit Project level questions
- Go to the desired Project
- Go to Project Settings > Worker Reportable Questions
- Follow the above instructions, as per Company Level Worker Reportable Questions
