How do I manage my own notifications?
- Go to My Account > Notification Preferences
- Choose to receive:
- All project notifications
- Specific projects only
- No notifications
How to I change another user's notification settings?
| Only Full, Region & Project Admin users can perform this setup. |
- Go to Project Settings > Users or Administration > User Management
- Select the user
- Change the Site Notifications preferences
Someone isn't receiving emails
- Confirm their role (the type of emails/notifications someone can get depend on what kind of role/account they have)
- Make sure their email address is correct and active
- Have them check spam folders and firewall blocks
