Why can't I delete a bulletin?
Only unpublished bulletins can be modified or canceled.
Why didn't my SMS send immediately?
Delays can occur with SMS delivery due to the number of recipients, message size, or network traffic.
What's the limit on bulletin attachments?
You can attach up to 5 files, and each file can be up to 3MB.
Accepted formats are .DOCX, .XLSX, .PDF, .PNG, .JPEG, AND .GIF.
Why can't I select a specific worker?
Make sure the worker is oriented and approved on the project in question, and that they have contact information recorded in HammerTech.
Where is the bulletin shown if I use "Website"?
It appears on the project's HammerTech Public Page.
