Create a Booking
- Go to Booking > Create New
- Fill out the Booking details:
- Booking Type
- Employer
- Booking Zone
- Time
- Description
- (optional) Mark the Booking as recurring and set the pattern
- Select Create
Edit a Booking
- Go to Bookings > View All
- Find and select the Booking
- Select Options > Edit
- Make the necessary changes and select Save
Edits by internal users keep the Booking status as Approved.
Edits by subcontractors reset the status to Awaiting Review.
Delete or Cancel a Booking
- Go to Bookings > View All
- Find and select the Booking
- Select Options > Delete or Cancel
- Cancel - Booking is canceled, but the record of it remains in the system
- Delete - Booking is canceled, and the record of it is removed from the system
- If the Booking is recurring, choose whether to delete/cancel all future Bookings
