- Go to JHA > Create New
- Select Employer, Provided By, and enter:
- Activity Name
- Description
- High Risk flag (optional)
- Choose whether to Just Upload, or Upload and Accept
(if 2-stage review process is enabled, you can Upload and Accept Initial Review or Upload and Accept Final Review) - Upload PDF (max 10MB)
- Fill out any additional fields configured
Associate SDS
- Click + > New or Existing SDS
- Upload or select SDS and assign pictograms
- Add attachments (if needed)
Assign Workers and Send Notifications
- Select personnel to assign (must be inducted workers)
- Choose:
- Assign only
- Assign and send notification
- Assign and capture signature now
Add Acknowledgment Forms or Checklist
- Attach one or more forms (if configured)
- Complete the Review Checklist before submitting
- Click Create JHA
