How do I install the app?
- iOS: Search “HT Mobile” in the App Store and tap Install.
- Android: Search “HT Mobile” in the Play Store and tap Install.
Do I need an account to log in?
Yes, you must first have been set up with a user account in HammerTech. If you do not already have a log in for HammerTech, you will need to speak to the main builder about getting one. For more information about user accunts, please read this article: Accounts and Login
Do I need a separate login to my regular HammerTech log in?
No. Your HammerTech user login works across both web and mobile apps.
How do I log in?
- Open the HT Mobile app
- Select your Country
- Enter your email and tap Continue
- Enter your password
- (Optional) Select your company or user account if prompted
Use the same credentials you use for HammerTech on desktop
I forgot my password
- Open the app
- Choose your Country and tap through
- Enter your email, then tap Forgot your password?
- Follow the reset prompts sent to your inbox
