Configure the Pre-Task Plan Form

Additional Fields

1. Go to Administration > Pre-Task Plan Form
2. Add custom fields:
   • Free text, yes/no, uploads, statements, etc.
3. Mark fields as required/optional
4. Reorder as needed, then Save Changes

Review Checklist

1. Go to Administration > Pre-Task Plan Review Checklist
2. Click +
3. Name the checklist
4. Add questions (text, image, signature, dropdown, etc.), then Create

Enable Cloning of PTPs

1. Go to Administration > Cloning Pre-Task Plans
2. Enable for the projects necessary, then Save Changes

QR Code Sign-In for PTPs

Optional setup. Workers can sign off PTPs via a QR code instead of the Sign-In App.

1. Go to Administration > Pre-Task Plans Sign In
2. Enable for one or more projects, then Save Changes
