Create or Import a Worker

Manually Create

1. Go to Personnel > New Orientation
2. Select the Employer
3. Enter worker details:
   • Name, DOB, role, photo (optional)
   • Address, contact, emergency details
   • Orientation numbers or internal IDs
4. Add licenses and certifications
5. Complete medical checklist and assign JHA
6. Choose:
   • Create & Approve
   • Create, then add another
   • Create, send test to person

If the name, DOB and employer match an existing profile, the system will prompt you to import instead.

Import Existing Worker

1. Go to Personnel > New Orientation
2. Use Import a Worker from the Company Database
3. Select the original employer/project to reveal worker list
4. Modify details as needed
5. Choose a creation option as above
