Display Bulletins on Sign-In Devices
This is done when creating a new bulletin (via Bulletins > Create New)
Set Distribution Method as Sign-In Device
Select which devices will display the content via Sign-in Device(s)
Add a title and content
Configure the Publish Settings
Add attachments if required
Create.

| Note: Attachments only appear if the worker scans the HT Sign In App QR code and continue sign-in through mobile device |
Display Meetings on Sign-In Devices
STEP 1: Set up Meeting Types to be allowed to show on Sign In Device
Go to Administration > Meeting Types
Select the Meeting Type
Enable Allow Option For Signatures Through Sign-In App
This will unlock additional settings to consider...
- Mandatory Meeting In Sign In App
- Must Download to Sign onto Meeting
They will be unable to sign onto the meeting until it has been downloaded or previewed)
- Enable Site Sign-In via this MeetingSelect all desired options
Save
STEP 2: Utilise when creating the meeting
Meetings > Create New
Pick the meeting type
Select Individual Worker Signatures
Select Allow Signatures Through Sign-In App
Optional: Select Allow All Approved Workers To Sign via Meeting QR Code
Save
| SIGN-IN APP > NOTE: Meeting sign-off and Meeting file download via the Sign-In App can be made mandatory through the Meeting Type settings. |
SIGN-IN APP > IMPORTANT: Meeting records with the attendee option ticked to Allow signatures through Sign In App will display the meeting -24 hours and +12 hours from the time now e.g. If a Meeting record exists with the date/time set to yesterday @ 7am and I am signing into site today @ 6.55am, I will see any incomplete Meeting record from yesterday as it falls within -24 hours from the time now Additionally, I will see any Meeting records with a date/time set for +12 hours from the time now |
