Project-Level Sign-In Configuration

These settings shape what workers and visitors see and do in the HT Sign In App

Project Settings > Sign-In App

Available Settings

• Allow Visitors

• Include QR Code sign-in

• Show Bulletins

• Meeting signatures at sign-in

• Sign-In Test enabled

• Permit or booking interactions (if configured in your environment)

Settings apply only to the selected project.

Sign-In and Sign-Out Checklists

Administration > Sign-in Configuration

Configure Checklists

1. Choose Default (company) or a Region

2. Enter Sign-in Checklist Text (limit 1000 characters)

3. Add questions, one per line
   Note: Maximum 10 questions shown in the app

4. Choose False Response rule: Any Yes or Any No

5. Enter the False Response Message

6. Repeat for sign-out questions if needed

7. Save

Optional Email Alerts

To trigger email notifications on any responses, HammerTech must configure a workflow and a distribution group.
