Enable Contact Form
Create a contact channel on public project sites for workers, visitors, or the public.
- Go to Administration > Public Contact Form.
- Tick to enable and choose anonymity/email options.
- Assign a Distribution Group to receive submissions.
- Log out and check the project’s public page; Contact Form should now appear.
Contact Form Inbox
Admins can review and manage messages from the project’s Contact Form.
- Access via Project > Contact Form.
- Filter by status, sender type, and date.
- Mark Read/Unread, Archive, or Delete.
- Export a message as PDF or ZIP including attachments.
- Download a Contact Form QR Code for site signage.
