Location Hierarchies
Import a full location structure via Excel/CSV:
- Go to Location Hierarchies > Options > Import
- Use the downloadable template
- Review and confirm upload
- Use consistent formatting. Max 10 levels. Sub-locations must show full path
Project Logo
- Go to Project Logo
- Upload a transparent PNG (preferred) or JPG
- Save changes to update the public site and reports
Booking Cut-Off Time
Restricts when subcontractors can apply for next-day permits
- Navigate to Booking CutOff Time
- Set the time (24-hour format) by typing or using the clock icon
- Leave blank to disable cut-off
- Save changes
Confidential Info Access
Includes workers' contact information, address, emergency contact, licences, and vehicle data
- Go to Users > Select User
- Tick Allow Access to Confidential Info
- Users will see a prompt and must give a reason to view confidential data
Worker Reportable Questions
- Go to Worker Reportable Questions
- Add Project-level questions (yes/no, dropdowns, section headers)
- Data is reportable under Reports > Reportable Questions
Distribution Groups
- Go to Distribution Groups
- Create Project-specific or Customisable (Company-wide) groups
- Add Users, Workers, or custom email addresses
- Tick “Allow users to join” to enable self-subscription
