The Administration area is the control centre for your HammerTech platform. It’s where Company and Project Administrators configure system-wide settings, manage users, and customise how data is stored and displayed across all projects. This section is designed for Company Admins responsible for platform setup, compliance structure, and ongoing maintenance.

System-Wide Settings
All configuration tools are located under the Administration menu on the left-hand side. Use search or filters to quickly find pages by keyword (e.g. “Email,” “Audit,” “Licences”).
Best Practice
- Review system settings quarterly to maintain compliance alignment.
- Keep at least two active Company Admins for redundancy.
- Use consistent naming conventions for templates, fields, and categories across projects.
- Archive inactive projects and users regularly to improve performance.
