Why can't I see the Bookings module?
Make sure you select the project from the drop-down at the top of the page - Bookings are project-specific, and the module doesn't show in the menu while in Company Overview.
If you do not see Bookings while on a project - check with your HammerTech Administrators, as the module may not be enabled for your system.
Can I create overlapping Bookings?
Yes, as long as neither the Booking Zone nor the Booking Type are marked as exclusive (i.e., only allowing for one Booking at a time).
Why did my Booking revert to Pending?
When a subcontractor edits a Booking, it needs to be re-reviewed by the Principal Contractor.
Can I move Bookings on mobile?
No, drag-and-drop rescheduling is only available on desktop. However, you can still edit the Bookings in other ways.
