Review Requests
- Go to Permits > Review Pending
- Open Permit Details > Options > Edit
- (optional) Adjust times/details if needed
- Approve or Reject the Permit
- Status becomes Approved
Start and Stop Work
- Available when permit is in Approved status
- Select Start Work, complete checklist and sign
- Status becomes Active
- Later, select Stop Work, complete checklist, sign and select Finish Work
- Status becomes Awaiting Closeout or Completed
Workers still signed in will trigger a warning when stopping work.
Close Out a Permit
If a Closeout Checklist is configured:
- Closeout button will appear after work is stopped
- Complete checklist, sign, and confirm Closeout
Cancel a Permit
- Go to Permit Details > Options > Delete
Conduct an Inspection
- From Permit Details > Options, choose an associated inspection type
- Or from Inspections > Start New Inspection, link to active permit
