- Go to Administration > Inspection Types
- Click + to create, or select an existing type to edit
- Configure:
- Name
- Category
- Default Observation Type
- Default Report Type (PDF, Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Who can create it (Employer / Worker)
- Available Checklists, Observation Types, Equipment
- Project or company wide availability
- Permit, Personnel, or RAMS association options
- Assigned Distribution Groups (email recipients)
- Click Create or Save Changes
Use the “Hidden from Create” flag to restrict use to system-generated inspections only
