Send Registration Link via SMS

Use this when a worker doesn't have access to the registration URL.

1. Go to Personnel > SMS Registration Link
2. Enter the worker's info:
   1. First and Last Name
   2. Country Code (for mobile number)
   3. Mobile number
3. Click Send SMS
