Task Template
- Go to Administration > Task Template
- Click +
- Add task descriptions (with optional translations)
- Select Create
Hazards & Controls
- Go to Administration > Hazard Control
- Select Options > Add Hazard
- Assign a name, translations (optional) and projects, then Create
- Add controls under each hazard by selecting the cog button > Add Control
Controls can also have multilingual descriptions.
