HT Mobile: Create Safe Plan of Action

Create a Safe Plan of Action

1. Go to the Project, open the side menu and click New Safe Plan of Action

2. Enter the Work Date & Time, select the Employer, add a Title and Description, then click Create.

3. Complete the following sections
   NOTE: Navigate between sections by either via swiping left and right OR selecting the section name

   • Overview: Location, Task, Hazards & Controls, Additional Details, Permits, Equipment, RAMS, Attendees, Observations

   • Hazards: Add hazards and control measures

   • Additional Details: Complete Work Evaluation and upload photos/videos

   • Permits: Add required permits

   • Equipment: List required equipment

   • RAMS: Add relevant RAMS

   • Attendees: Add attendees

   • Observations: Enter observations and click Submit

4. Review all details for accuracy.

5. Click Save to keep a draft, or Submit to finalize the plan.
