Employers Status Report
- Go to Reports > Employers Status Report from Company Overview or Project level
- Choose project(s), Employer status (active/inactive) and date filters
Downloads a spreadsheet including insurances information and totals of projects, RAMS, SDS, Safety Plans, Permits, Personnel, etc.
Inspection User Statistics
- Go to Reports > Inspection User Statistics from Company Overview or Project level
- Filter by:
- Project(s)
- Date range
- Inspection Type
- Aggregation type (group data by Inspection Type or User)
- Choose whether to include Active (incomplete) Inspections and Draft Observations
Downloads a spreadsheet including Inspection Type, the creator name, number of attendees, and totals of Observations raised
Training Matrix
- Go to Reports > Training Matrix from Company Overview or Project level
- Select project(s) and Employers to include
- Select sorting/layout options:
- Include gaps in training
- One row per worker
- Sort by name/code
Emails a spreadsheet including Employer & worker information and any licence information on workers' profiles
